Just overhauled by Your Flute Works/Anne Pollack, this flute has a tonal strength and immediate quality to the sound production. A naturally rapid articulation, and a warm, spinning vibrato. Pitched at A=440, but can easily be played at A=442.

Prima's are noted for their stability and therefore dependability. Drawn tone holes, and Y-Arm style keys make for a reliable sturdiness to the construction. This Prima would be an excellent choice for a step-up in quality from a student flute, or a great doubler's flute.
